Mark Rhoads is a lifelong Lea County resident with 21 years of distinguished service in the Hobbs Police Department, where he retired as a Captain and SWAT Commander. As a certified concealed carry instructor, he demonstrates his deep respect for the Second Amendment and advocates for responsible gun ownership.
